- Rice - ½ cup
- Urad dhaal - ¼ cup
- Chana dhaal - ¼ cup
- Thoor dhaal - ¼ cup
- Yellow moong dhaal - ¼ cup
- Red chillis - 6-7
- Onion - 1 (small)
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Soak all dal and rice in water over night.
- Grind with onion,jeera,salt,red chillis and little water.
- Spread it on tawa and apply oil
- Serve hot with chutney
