Ingredients:
- Rice - 2 cups
- Cucumber - 1 (Medium size)
- Onion - 1 (Medium size)
- Ginger - 1 smal piece
- Curry leaves - 10 nos
- Salt
Method:
- Peel off skin of cucumber and cut into pieces
- Soak rice and cucumber pieces for 4-5 hrs
- Together grind rice,cucumber,onion,curry leaves,onion, salt
- Spread thin layer of batter on tawa, apply oil and cook on both side
- Serve hot with chutney
