Ingredients:
- Rice - 2-1/2 cups
- Poha - 1 cup
- Uradal - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Methi seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Soak rice,uradal,methi seeds overnight
- Soak poha in curd for 2 hours
- Grind seperately and mix well
- Add salt and sugar to the batter and keep it warm place for 8-10 hours
- Once batter is fermented, spread batter on hot tawa, sprinkle grated carrot and coriander leaves, spread oil/butter over it
- Roast on both sides
- Serve hot with chutney
