Ingredients:
- Rice flour - 3 cups
- Fried gram (powdered) - 1 cup
- Til - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Butter (melted) - 1/4 cup
- Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Water - for making dough
- Oil - for deep fry
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients with little water ,except oil to deep fry ( Consistancy should be softer than the chapati dough)
- Grease the chakkuli utensil make, put small portion of dough into it and make chakkuli shapes, deep fry them till golden brown
