Ingredients:
- Rice - 2 and 1/2 cup
- Uradal - 1 cup
Method:
- Soak above ingredients over night and grind it to fine paste
- Allow batter to ferment for 6-8 hrs
- Adjust batter with water and spread it on hot tawa and put oil over it
- Flip the dosa and cook on other side
- Serve hot with spicy chutney
