Ingredients:
Dosa Rice - 1 and 1/2 cup
Boiled Rice(Kusublakki) - 1 and 1/2 cup
Poha - 1/2 cup
Urad dal - 3/4 cup
Method:
- Soak urad dal seperately and together soak Dosa Rice,Boiled Rice and poha for 8 to 10 hr
- Grind uradal first, set it aside and grind other ingredients(Rice and poha) to smooth and then mix both the batter
- Allow batter to ferment(needs at least 8 hr)
- On medium heat spread thick and even layer of batter, holes starts forming as dosa gets cooked
- Now spread oil on dosa
- Flip the dosa and cook on other side too.
- Serve with butter and chutney

Sorry Mahi for the delay in my response. Kusublakki is boiled rice and dosa rice is different than sona masoori. In india you can find this dosa rice, if you are outside india you can use long grain rice, if you dont have any of two you can use sona masoori and still taste comes good

DeleteHi shalini. This s chaitra. Ur khali dose actually reminds me of hotel dwarka in NR colony, Bangalore. It looks yumm as that. Gonna try ur dosas today! I am sure it will be equally yumm! U knw something with coconut chutney, u can have these khali dosa with upma made out of only onions! This combination is served in a small hotel called vishnu bhavan in a place called Chintamani near kolar, karnataka! Its a pretty famous and delicious combo there. U just try it. It wil b truly delicious!
